Send a $200 non-refundable deposit to Maple Bay Get-a-Way, 7620 Buchanan Ct., Mentor, Ohio  44060.   Check should be made payable to “Maple Bay Get-a-Way”     Include your name, address, phone, cell phone, e-mail address and dates requested.  Your cell phone number is very important in the event you may need to be reached while at Maple Bay Get-a-Way.  You may also pay your deposit through Cash App, Venmo or a credit card. Final payments using a credit will be subject to a 3.5% charge.

When this deposit is received, the dates you selected will be guaranteed for you.  This is why the deposit is non-refundable. 

We will send information about your rental and a rental agreement to you.  Please sign and return the rental agreement to us at the above address.

Forty-five days prior to your arrival, please send the full rental amount which is listed on the rental agreement (which includes the state sales tax).    

Do not deduct the $200 deposit from this amount.  The initial $200 deposit  becomes a cleaning deposit and will be returned to you after you depart providing the house is left in good condition.    

If we receive your deposit and the week is not available, your deposit will be immediately returned or you may select a different week.
