Came to the property for a long weekend fishing trip for Muskie. Didn’t catch any fish but the property was beautiful and ended up certainly being the highlight of the trip. Definitely saving this property for future adventures!

Want to wake up to a pink sky that evolves into orange and red sunrise over the lake? The two upstairs bedrooms overlook the horizon with lake views. It's incredible. The cottage is better than pictured. The outdoor space is great and the bonfire pit was wonderful. The location is perfect to venture into Bemus Point or Chautauqua. Kitchen is well-stocked and there were plenty of fans in every room. Temperature was very comfortable. Had a wonderful week here and will return.

The porch was great seating to just relax looking out at the lake. The fire Ring with plenty of seating was nice also. The dock was
great to be able to just tie to and not have to worry about pulling the boat in and out each day. We had a great time and enjoyed the cottage. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing. Everything we needed was available to just kick back and enjoy the tranquility of lake life
